PSE institutions must use students’ chosen (preferred) first names and pronouns to create a safe and inclusive environment for all. This interactive presentation will 1) dive into research and best practices around individual, cultural, and systemic gender inclusivity, 2) summarize an ideal PSE functional state, and 3) outline how one institution worked within their SIS to implement a solution.
